At Gala Aluplast Pvt Ltd, we strive to deliver professional, transparent, and high-quality custom
fabrication and window/door installation services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and
conditions under which refunds are processed for procurements and fabrication service
configurations.
1. Scope of the Policy
This policy applies strictly to consultation, site survey, drawing preparation, fabrication labor,
and installation service fees charged directly by Gala Aluplast Pvt Ltd. Custom hardware
procurements (e.g. specialized handles, multi-point locks, custom double-glazed glass panes) are
subject to cancellation terms once orders are processed.
2. Custom Fabrication Fees
Once a client approves a quotation, makes an advance payment, and the raw materials are cut to custom
dimensions at our factory, the advance payment becomes strictly non-refundable, as the profiles are
tailored to unique site dimensions and cannot be repurposed.
3. Refund Eligibility Criteria
Refunds on installation service labor fees are subject to the following criteria:
- Service Failure: If Gala Aluplast Pvt Ltd fails to initiate or complete the
agreed-upon installation work within 45 days of the agreed timeline due to manufacturing errors
or technical issues on our part, a 100% refund of the installation fee component will be issued.
- Client Cancellation: If a client wishes to cancel the service after booking but
before raw profile materials are cut and before site surveys are completed, a
refund of up to 90% of the advance booking fee may be processed.
- No refunds will be offered once custom cutting, powder coating, or on-site mounting has
commenced.
4. Non-Refundable Components
The following costs are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Raw materials (aluminium profiles, glass panels, weather seals, screws) that have already been
cut or fitted to site dimensions.
- GST, local municipal taxes, transport/freight fees, and loading/unloading labor costs.
- Completed site measurement and engineering design calculation fees.
5. Disqualification & Tampering
Gala Aluplast Pvt Ltd operates under strict compliance with structural and safety guidelines.
Installation service warranties and refund eligibility are forfeited immediately if:
- The client or a third-party technician modifies, alters, or attempts to adjust tracking systems,
gaskets, glass alignments, or locking bolts without our supervision.
- The window profiles, locks, or glass are damaged due to physical abuse, building structural
shifts, or civil works carried out by other contractors on site.
6. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund under eligible circumstances, clients must follow this formal process:
- Submit a written refund application from the registered email address to vng@galaaluplast.com.
- Include the client's full name, commercial invoice/quotation ID, payment receipt, and the
detailed reason for requesting a refund.
- Submit the bank account details (matching the name of the invoicing organization or individual)
to which the refund should be credited. We do not process cash refunds.
7. Timeline & Method of Refund
Once a refund request is received and verified by our billing department:
- We will inspect the case and communicate our decision (approval/rejection) via email within 7
working days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the registered bank account via
NEFT/RTGS/IMPS within 15 to 30 working days from the date of approval.
