Gala Aluplast Pvt Ltd provides professional custom design, site measurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation of premium aluminium windows, doors, and related products. We act as independent fabricators and suppliers of architectural window solutions.

2. Client Obligations

By engaging our fabrication and installation services, you agree that:

• You will provide safe, unobstructed access to the installation premises at the agreed-upon dates and times.
• You will ensure appropriate local authority and society permissions are obtained for window configurations and modifications.
• You will pay our procurement, fabrication, and installation fees according to the agreed payment milestones on your commercial invoice/quotation.
• You will not tamper with, modify, or perform third-party repairs on the installed tracking and window frames during our local service warranty period.

3. Limitation of Liability

Gala Aluplast Pvt Ltd makes every effort to manufacture and install setups securely. However, we are not liable for:

• Building structural defects or wall cracks that affect window performance after installation.
• Severe weather damage exceeding the certified wind-load and water resistance specifications of the selected profile systems.
• Glass breakage, surface scratches, or lock alignment failures caused by client misuse or unauthorized adjustments.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, custom graphics, and layout structures, is the intellectual property of Gala Aluplast Pvt Ltd and is protected by relevant copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Gala Aluplast Pvt Ltd reserves the right, without bias, to suspend or terminate service contracts with any client who breaches these terms, defaults on payment schedules, or restricts technician access to active install sites.
